The apartment has a family history where the owners who are mother and daughters, lived great moments. Today, each with her family and home, decided not to sell the apartment and reform it to lease.
The service areas were reformulated so that the kitchen became larger and with a pantry support, and the living room received a toilet. The laundry room continued with enough space and more practical.
The social bathroom and ensuite bathroom have been repaginated providing both ventilation and natural lighting and sufficient dimensions to use. And to ensure more light to the social bathroom that was previously precarious was created a window without openings for the kitchen that is conjugated with the living room.
The floor of the whole apartment that could not be maintained due to the infiltrations, was replaced by light-colored porcelain tile that next to the white walls gave the feeling of amplitude.
